Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services from Gemstar Mobile Detail ("we", "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services we provide

Gemstar Mobile Detail provides mobile and shop-based car detailing services in Kuna, Idaho and surrounding areas. Services include exterior detailing, interior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, RV and boat detailing, fleet detailing, and other related auto detailing services.

Bookings and confirmations

Appointments are confirmed when both parties acknowledge date, time, location, vehicle, and pricing. Travel fees outside Kuna 83634 are disclosed before booking.

Pricing

Pricing reflects standard vehicle condition. Vehicles in unusually contaminated condition (severe pet hair, smoke damage, biohazards, vomit, paint defects requiring extended correction) may require an updated quote before service begins. Updated quotes will always be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.

Payment

Payment is due upon service completion (mobile) or pickup (drop-off). We accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We accommodate rescheduling at no charge with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations after we've arrived on-site may incur a service-call fee.

Weather

We work through light rain and most weather conditions. Heavy rain, extreme heat, or extreme cold may require rescheduling for safety and service quality. We coordinate proactively when weather affects scheduled work.

Satisfaction guarantee

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on detailing work. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make it right at no additional charge before we leave (mobile) or before you pick up (drop-off). Re-work requests after final acceptance are subject to inspection.

Liability

We exercise reasonable care during all services. We are insured for the vehicles and property under our care. Pre-existing damage is documented at intake; we are not liable for pre-existing conditions. We are not liable for items left in vehicles; please remove valuables before service.

Ceramic coating warranty

Manufacturer-registered ceramic coating warranties (Gem Shield 1-, 3-, 5-, and 9-year) are administered through the product manufacturer. Warranty coverage requires adherence to the maintenance wash schedule provided at service completion. Failure to follow the schedule may void warranty coverage.

Photography

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. We do not photograph license plates, identifying details, or interior personal items. If you prefer no photographs, please advise at booking.

Modifications

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects any changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
